Software Consultant II

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Consultant II to join our dynamic team in our Richardson, TX office. This role is ideal for a full-stack developer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. As a Software Consultant II, you will play a critical role in both the technical execution of projects and the strategic alignment of solutions with client needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, understand their business challenges, and deliver robust software solutions that drive results. Your work will span the full software development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and support.

• Full-Stack Development

Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate software requirements and user stories.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and contribute to architecture decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time software solutions.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex systems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Contribute to best practices, code quality standards, and process improvements.

Create clear technical and functional documentation for internal and client use.
