Location : Marana, AZ 85653 (100% Onsite)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Employment Type : Full-time - 40+ hours a week

Overview :

LHH is seeking an experienced and proactive Staff Accountant to join our client's team in Marana, AZ 85653. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3 - 5 years of experience, a strong grasp of month-end close processes, and the analytical mindset to dig into the numbers and ask the right questions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with a five-day close cycle and are confident in your Excel and ERP skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support key components of the monthly and year-end close process
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and ensure financial accuracy
• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and communicate findings to management
• Collaborate across departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (GAAP)
• Support audit processes and provide documentation as needed
• Utilize ERP systems to manage and process financial transactions efficiently

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
