Maintenance Manager

A leading Manufacturer within the aerospace and defense industry is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to oversee all equipment, building systems, and grounds operations. This role leads a team of approximately 40 maintenance professionals and plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and reliability across the site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
• Manage building systems, grounds upkeep, and space planning.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions .
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and support cross-functiona l projects.
