Location : Remote

Salary : $74 - 92 K Annually

Shift : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Employment Logistics :

The Maintenance Training Manager is responsible for developing, standardizing, and deploying technical training programs for maintenance technicians across OnTrac's network. This role ensures all techniciansentry-level to seniorare equipped with the knowledge, tools, and certifications needed to safely maintain and troubleshoot automated parcel handling equipment.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership experience and instructional skill. They will work closely with site leadership, Engineering, and Safety to drive technician development, improve uptime, and reduce risk through consistent training standards.
