We partner with labor unions, associations, and credit unions to provide families with trusted life and supplemental health coverage. When members request information, we step in to guide and protect them.
What You'll Do :
- Engage with members who've asked to learn more about their coverage options
- Conduct needs-based consultations over Zoom or phone
- Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on each family's circumstances
- Support clients through the application and enrollment process
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Attend team huddles, leadership calls, and optional skills workshops
What You Bring :
A strong sense of responsibility and professionalismConfidence in speaking with others and explaining options clearlyThe ability to self-manage in a remote environmentBasic digital fluency (email, Zoom, web forms)Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is helpful, but not requiredAuthorization to work in the U.S. or CanadaWhat You'll Get :
