A company is looking for a Call Center Agent for Veterans Evaluation Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Authenticate callers and manage incoming and outgoing calls related to compensation and pension exams
Verify and modify personal information, schedule appointments, and document changes accurately
Explain policies and procedures to Veterans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required
Preferred one (1) year of call center experience
Previous experience with Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) is preferred
Ability to commit to a five to six week training period with no absences
