Corporate Attorney | Up to $210K Base + Bonus | New Jersey

Newark, NJ — We are actively seeking a Corporate Associate to join a Newark-based firm as headcount is increased.

The Role

Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and governance matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.

Conduct due diligence and assist with corporate document matters, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex deals.

Advise clients on compliance, keeping up to date with Federal and New Jersey state corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay up to $210,000 per year

Performance-related bonus
