Principal Workday Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Workday Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize HRIS systems including UKG Pro, Workday, and Greenhouse

Perform daily operations such as configuration, testing, and reporting within HR systems

Develop and analyze comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor HR metrics and deliver insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience with HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro and Workday

Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools

Knowledge of integration processes between HRIS and other applications

Ability to train and support end-users on HRIS functionalities
