D&I / Talent Management Specialist

Location : Ewing, New Jersey

Type : Contract (December start - 6 month contract)

Compensation : $40 - $55 hourly

Contractor Work Model : Hybrid (2-3 days / week onsite)

Hours : 9 : 00am5 : 00pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Helps implement a robust global diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy alongside the D&I Director, Council and ERGs to help the company identify and retain diverse talent at all levels
• Helps operationalize D&I Council / ERG organization, implementing hierarchy, position design and meeting structure / cadence
• Support the creation, operation and growth of ERGs, providing support to empower these groups to drive positive change
• Stay current with D&I research and best practices in the CPG industry, informing strategies accordingly
• Develop and distribute communications on behalf of D&I organization internally
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Collect, analyze, and report on talent metrics for broad TM function to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward goals
