Position Overview
We are looking for a talented SAP Finance Systems Analyst who has a deep understanding of the SAP S / 4HANA system, business processes, and data analysis. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying business needs, optimizing SAP functionalities, and supporting the implementation of SAP solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Location : Remote opportunities are available, but candidates must reside near one of our office locations : Monroe, WI, Chilton, WI, Novi, MI, Lindenwood, IL, or Winston-Salem, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to SAP systems.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency within the SAP Public Cloud framework in the Finance and Controlling area.
- Participate in SAP projects focused on FI / CO modules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Assist in configuring and customizing SAP FI / CO modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Analyze data to provide insights that support decision-making, ensuring data integrity within the SAP environment.
- Document business processes, system configurations, enhancements, and create training materials.
- Serve as the main contact for business users regarding SAP Finance and Costing modules.
- Provide training to both global and local users, working closely with IT teams and departments for seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Coordinate with external providers for ongoing support and daily operations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations against business needs.
- Engage in regression testing for SAP Public Cloud upgrades to ensure business processes function seamlessly.
Qualifications for Success
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a functional SAP FI / CO consultant; willingness to travel domestically (up to 5%).Strong understanding of core SAP S / 4HANA FI / CO business processes with practical experience in customizations and mid-sized project leadership.In-depth knowledge of Finance and Costing integrations with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).Familiarity with SAP interface technologies such as RFC, IDOC, and web services.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong willingness to learn and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience with SAP Public Cloud or S / 4HANA is a plus, along with relevant SAP or Business Analyst certifications.Benefits
