We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, communications are streamlined, and priorities are managed effectively. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, staff and clients.
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when appropriate; flag and follow up on items that are urgent.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and engagements by printing out slide decks, meeting agendas and a daily calendar of events.
- Assist with editing, formatting, and proofreading documents.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally someone with 5+ years of experience supporting executives.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint.Must have excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar and formatting skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while handling multiple and emerging priorities.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Experience using Deltek VantagePoint a plus, but not required.High School Diploma required.Comprehensive Background Check Required.Required Skills
