We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Litigation Attorney to join our law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work on diverse plaintiff litigation cases while gaining valuable experience under the guidance of senior attorneys. The position includes a competitive base salary, bonus structure, and health benefit reimbursements.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of 20-25 litigation cases with oversight from a partner.
• Draft legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documents to support case development.
• Conduct discovery processes, including gathering evidence and preparing for depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and execute case plans.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case updates.
• Perform legal research to support case arguments and motions.
• Ensure all case files and documentation remain organized and compliant with legal standards.
• Participate in firm meetings and contribute to team discussions on case strategies.
• Must hold a valid license to practice law in Arizona.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Proficiency in conducting discovery processes and managing case evidence.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and legal strategies.
