Our firm is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and meticulously organized Permanent Legal Executive Assistant. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background as an executive assistant, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and is eager to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, a proven track record of managing complex schedules, and a deep understanding of the legal industry's unique demands.

Responsibilities :

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team's day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Managing and maintaining the legal team's calendar, ensuring that deadlines are met and appointments are scheduled efficiently.

2. Coordinating meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring all participants are adequately prepared.

3. Organizing travel arrangements for the legal team, including booking flights, arranging accommodations, and managing itineraries.

4. Drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents and correspondence.

5. Maintaining an organized and up-to-date filing system for all legal documents.

6. Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the role of Legal Executive Assistant, candidates must possess the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.

2. Proficiency in managing complex calendars and coordinating logistics for meetings, travel, and events.

3. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as legal research software.

6. Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.

7. A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

8. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.

9. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
