Job Overview
Pop Mart is seeking a 3PL Operations Planning Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between demand forecasting, DC operations, and logistics execution to align with growth targets scaling from 25M to 80M+ units.
What You Will Achieve :
- Lead volume and capacity planning across all channels (B2B, B2C, Key Accounts, ECOM, and Retail).
- Build and maintain rolling 12–24-month forecasts for unit flow, labor needs, and throughput by site / region.
- Partner with regional 3PLs and DC operations to ensure dock-to-stock, pick-pack, and shipment performance meet SLAs.
- Drive KPI dashboards (UPH, OTD%, cost per unit) using BI tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts and budgets.
- Develop business cases for network expansion, automation, or WMS enhancements.
What You Will Need :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or industrial engineering; MBA preferred.7–10 years of experience in logistics planning or network operations.Proven experience scaling multi-site or 3PL distribution operations.Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Excellent communication and leadership skills.What We Offer :
