What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately during emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, demonstrating good judgment under pressure. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment. Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas within the financial institution location. Maintain detailed records and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines. Assist with the enforcement of policies related to the possession and use of weapons, as required by the armed post profile. Collaborate with staff and law enforcement personnel as needed to support overall security-related objectives. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Have a minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. An armed guard card or license is preferred. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
