What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within financial institution locations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious activity. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and report security-related concerns as needed. Document and report security-related incidents and / or unusual activities according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Must be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
