Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance across the Trauma, Emergency Medicine, and Vascular portfolios. This leader is responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists, ensuring disciplined execution, strategic growth, and alignment with Teleflex's mission to improve patient outcomes. The RSM will focus on acute care hospital markets, including Emergency Departments, Critical Care, Operating Rooms, and Vascular Access environments. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic agility, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams.
Principal Responsibilities
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year college or university. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales management role within medical devices. Proven success in Emergency Medicine, ICU, OR, and Vascular Access sales environments. Demonstrated skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and team leadership. Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and growth-oriented organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Valid driver's license.
