The Regional Director of Operations, Aesthetics (RDOA) oversees the performance of all company locations offering aesthetic treatments, services, and retail, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability by managing budgets, achieving sales goals, implementing operational strategies, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Service lines include injectables, lasers / devices, retail, hair loss / thinning, and other service lines that may be added. Key responsibilities include managing and achieving sales / budget, analyzing performance data, making strategic recommendations, collaborating with other departments, maintaining and improving the patient experience, and providing hands-on leadership and support to aesthetic staff and providers across the organization.
Essential Functions
Strategic Oversight : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational, quality, and financial goals for the aesthetic department.
Performance Management : Monitor KPIs, analyze operational and financial data, and implement improvements to boost sales, productivity, and profitability.
Managerial Leadership : Recruit, hire, train, and develop site teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and hands-on support. Establish clear training protocols for staff and providers.
Operational Efficiency : Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring efficient processes, quality standards, and resource allocation.
Compliance : Ensure all aesthetic operations and facilities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
Budget Management : Manage and achieve all aesthetic budgets, approve expenses, and monitor revenue and costs to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to develop and implement strategies that align with overall organizational objectives.
Requirements
Leadership & People Management : Strong ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, build management depth, and foster a high-performance culture.
Strategic Thinking : Excellent planning and analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Financial Acumen : Expertise in budget achievement, sales management, financial analysis, and business planning.
Regulatory / Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of industry-specific technologies, treatments, costs, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Communication : Superior oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
Industry Experience : Significant experience in operations management, often in a regional or senior leadership capacity. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Travel : Willingness to travel frequently to multiple locations to provide on-site support and leadership.
