WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As a Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant - Patient Coordinator, you will be the "boss of tomorrow." Your primary focus will be on patient accounts, mapping, collections, and building patient relationships.
You'll be instrumental in handling incoming calls, managing financial agreements, addressing basic insurance questions, and efficiently closing practice member sign-ups.
Working closely with the Check-In CA, you'll ensure smooth office flow and support our team at all times. Join us in making a meaningful impact on patient care and experience the satisfaction of contributing to the overall well-being of our community!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Great attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
- Highly organized and analytical with strategic planning skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Penchant for collecting and managing data and information
- Dependable with a track record of 100% follow-through
Having front desk experience as a patient service coordinator is preferred!
WORK SCHEDULE
Your 4-day work schedule as a Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant - Patient Coordinator is as follows :
- Monday : 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM and 2 : 30 PM - 6 : 45 PM
- Tuesday : 1 : 00 PM - 6 : 45 PM
- Wednesday : 7 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM and 2 : 30 PM - 5 : 45 PM
- Thursday : 7 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM and 2 : 30 PM - 6 : 45 PM
