A company is looking for a Learning & Development Consultant (Contract) to establish and implement training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assess company-wide training needs and create a roadmap of priorities
Design and pilot core training programs, such as Leadership Development or Skills-Based Training
Develop reusable templates, guides, and job aids, and provide a 12-18 month L&D roadmap
Required Qualifications
Strong background in instructional design and L&D strategy
Experience with leadership and skills-based training
Ability to deliver scalable solutions within a fixed project scope
Comfortable with remote delivery and experience designing engaging virtual trainings
Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably EasyLlama or similar tools
