Learning And Development Manager

Drive high-impact learning and development for US corporate employees while supporting global training strategy and priorities. Partner with Senior L&D Managers worldwide to ensure consistent excellence and scalable learning solutions that deliver measurable business results across all markets.

What You'll Do :

• US Corporate Learning Excellence - Design and execute comprehensive training programs for US corporate teams, from individual contributors to executives, that achieve measurable performance improvements and establish best practices for global application.
• Global Training Leadership Support worldwide learning priorities and standards through collaboration with international Senior L&D Manager peers, ensuring consistent methodology and quality across all regions.
• Strategic Business Partnership - Work directly with US corporate leaders to identify capability gaps and deploy rapid learning solutions while sharing insights with global L&D team for broader implementation.
• High-Impact Training Delivery - Facilitate world-class learning experiences that drive superior skill acquisition and job performance, creating replicable models for international deployment.
• Performance-Driven Analytics - Analyze training effectiveness data to optimize learning ROI and share proven methodologies with global L&D peers for consistent worldwide results.
• Scalable Learning Systems - Build efficient training processes and frameworks that can be rapidly adapted and deployed by teams across international markets.
• Global L&D Collaboration Strategize with worldwide Senior L&D Manager peers to align on priorities, share best practices, and ensure consistent learning excellence globally.

The pay range for this position is $120,000-$170,000 / yr USD.
