Job description
A company is looking for an Associate Principal, Payer Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage long-term health plan partnerships with major US health plans
Navigate contract strategy and renegotiations to enhance partnership success
Conduct market analysis and healthcare research to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in Customer Success or Business Development
Deep understanding of payer business models and economics
Proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
Strong data-driven mindset with experience in complex analyses
Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers
