Our client is the largest music academy in Los Angeles, currently seeking a full-time Sales Manager to support the Westwood Village and Brentwood locations. Responsibilities include achieving academy's sales targets, following up with potential clients via phone to promote our programs, registering clients and completing student onboarding. Customer service and administration duties include promptly answering customers phone calls and emails, documenting requests and following up diligently to complete client requests, opening / closing / cleaning facilities, and supervising instructors to ensure highest quality operations. Must be able to work weekends. Bachelor's degree required, business or hospitality preferred. Sales, management, customer service experience is a plus. Front desk, restaurant and hospitality experience is a plus.
