Sales Manager

Kustom US is expanding our team to include an Sales Manager! The Regional Sales Manager plays a vital role within Kustom.

This individual will oversee, mentor, and manage a team of Territory Account Executives (TAEs) within an assigned region. The primary objective

is to drive sales growth by supporting TAEs in their sales activities, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets.

The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for reporting regional performance metrics to senior management and providing strategic input for regional sales growth.

Salary Range : $120k-$125k, Negotiable; depending on experience.

Schedule : 40+ hours a week

Core Responsibilities :

• Direct, coach, and train a team of Territory Account Executives in their daily sales activities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients in the region.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new Territory Account Executives.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Act as a liaison between Territory Account Executives and senior management.
• Resolve any conflicts or grievances that TAEs might have.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and network.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
