Key Responsibilities

Define business scope and objectives through research and analysis

Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration

Support end-users for application configuration and develop necessary workarounds

Required Qualifications

Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of requirements management and process design methodologies

Advanced computer skills and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
