Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to ensure they feel valued and informed
Partner with business development and product teams to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Develop and operationalize the post-sale engagement strategy, including customer updates and feedback loops
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success, or relationship management within crypto, fintech, or B2B SaaS
Proven ability to operationalize engagement programs with measurable impact on retention or expansion
Skilled in using CRM systems and analytics to track account activity and engagement
Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful in fast-paced environments
Strong relationship builder with a focus on understanding customer needs
