Description
Sales & Account Management
- Lead sales efforts across the US and Canada with a focus on dietary supplements brands and pharmaceutical companies with probiotic portfolios.
- Develop strategic relationships with key accounts, including long-cycle sales opportunities with multinational firms (e.g. Kenvue / J&J, Sanofi, Reckitt).
- Manage and grow a pipeline of high-potential customers in both B2B and B2B2C segments.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify growth opportunities in emerging segments and underserved geographies.Take ownership of the Canadian market, leveraging French fluency to build relationships in Quebec and other bilingual regions, with support from the broader sales team.Support the transition of leads from early engagement to long-term commercial partnerships.Scientific Communication & Customer Education
Train internal sales team members on Kaneka's probiotic strains and clinical evidence.Present scientific and technical product information to R&D, marketing, and innovation teams at client organizations.Stay current on clinical developments to maintain Kaneka's leadership in science-backed probiotics.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Regulatory to align customer needs with Kaneka's innovation pipeline.Partner with Project Management and Technical Support to ensure successful onboarding and scale-up customer projects.Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills :

Education Bachelors of Chemistry / Biochemistry (required)
Bachelors of Microbiology (required)

Experience 5 years : Sales or Business Development in the dietary supplement or pharmaceutical industry. Ideally in Probiotics or related health ingredients. (required)
