IT Application Analyst I (Contract)

The position will be supporting the EDCA, Corporate Applications, Legal Applications team. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Technology Solution Analyst to support the administration, configuration, and integration of our legal technology applications.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Technology Solution Analyst to support the administration, configuration, and integration of our legal technology applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal business processes and the ability to translate these into effective technical solutions. This role involves working closely with legal teams, IT staff, and external vendors to ensure that our technology solutions meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the TeamConnect application for matter management and e-billing.
• Ensure the application is optimized for performance and user experience.
• Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the application.
• Ensure data security and compliance with legal standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of document management systems with other legal applications.
