Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Kids SPOT is currently seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician .

Duties include but are not limited to :
- Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children on the spectrum
- Implement treatment plan and behavior intervention plans developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct stimulus preference assessments
- Collect data
Education / Experience & Qualifications :
Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and / or education will be taken into consideration.
Preferred Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable means of transportation
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Strong desire to serve children with autism and other developmental delays
- Communicate well with team members and supervisors

We offer Speech, Physical, Occupational and ABA Therapy services.

From this assessment, our team creates a personalized treatment plan that we can adjust throughout our children's time in therapy.
