In this role, you'll lead technical content projects and programs often involving internal systems and tools, strategic client-facing software applications, and GenAI solutions by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to business goals. You'll collaborate closely with technical content authors, content and information architects, product developers and owners, and data scientists, and use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. You have 8+ years of experience in relevant project management skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : + Enterprise-level experience successfully leading multiple, highly complex, medium to large cross-functional, multi-year projects concurrently + Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies + Demonstrated experience with defining project metrics, measuring the results, evaluating success of projects and communicating results to stakeholders, including providing project analysis and status reports such as business case, ROI, and post-project reviews + Experience working with development teams, including an understanding of agile methodologies + Experience driving timeliness and budgets, and proactively leading communication with cross-functional stakeholders and team members throughout the project including setting up and facilitating meetings to keep things moving forward + Proven ability to assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (when necessary) risks and issues. + Excellent at managing multiple, changing, competing priorities + Adept at guiding and inspiring others in a consultative approach and driving collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners + Experience with metadata and tagging to organize information and experience with IXIAXOFT or other component content management system + Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team, be direct, and hold the team accountable for deliverables + Ability to manage across formal organizational lines + Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing + Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills, including effectively communicating with multiple functions / organizations to identify and negotiate required resources + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite + Experience coaching, training, and mentoring other team members + Current PMP, PgMP certification + You'll have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
