Sr. Technical Program Manager

Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Sr. Technical Program Manager role in Kuiper Government Solutions (KGS) Operations will be at the forefront of defining requirements and establishing partnerships with field service providers that will support KGS end user broadband deployments and integrations worldwide. This role will be the Single-Threaded Owner (STO) for large, complex, and strategic field service partnerships to support satellite terminal installations. The role will own business requirements, partner selection and operations per country, align teams, and track progress for multiple interconnected workstreams.

This Technical Program & Partner Management role is a highly visible position across Kuiper organizations. You will participate in developing the field service provider selection and operations strategy and vision, and develop per-country partnership roadmaps to execute on that global field service vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with sales, operations, supply chain, program management, procurement, and executive teams to launch field service partnership, develop and grow in-country installation support models, and enhance the Kuiper customer field service experience. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented individual who also has the ability to work independently under significant time constraints to meet deadlines. You will need a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This includes owning the end-to-end management and implementation of communication between KGS field service providers and internal teams for partner-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive field service provider partnership readiness spanning different groups of partner types with varying needs, while maintaining a robust view of risks and opportunities for launching field service in new countries for KGS.
• Develop competitive partner selection capability assessment and selection plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend commercial field service providers that improve the terminal installation and field support of end customers.
• Communicate partnership progress across various workstreams to senior / executive leadership.
• Identify partner needs, define business requirements, and launch new features which improve our overall customer experience and value proposition.
• Manage new field service partnerships end-to-end while ensuring our high standards are maintained.

Security Clearance : This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance of TS / SCI.
