Key Responsibilities
Develops and directs talent programs to enhance employee retention and engagement
Manages the performance appraisal process and advises senior leaders on talent matters
Creates training materials and tools for onboarding and performance management
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in talent or employee development, preferably in retail or hospitality
Experience with Workday performance and talent modules
Knowledge of fair employment laws at federal, state, and local levels
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
