Job Description:
We are currently hiring Concrete Laborers for immediate work in Baytown, TX. This is a general labor position supporting concrete and site prep work. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties including digging, grading, and clean-up
  
• Use a shovel and other basic hand tools to assist with concrete placement and finishing
  
• Support concrete crews with setup, forming, and material handling
  
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
  
• Follow direction from supervisors and work as part of a team
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels, etc.) is a plus
  
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
  
• Reliable transportation to job site
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  
• Prior construction or concrete experience preferred but not required
