Contract Recruiter
Royal Caribbean Group's Global Shoreside Talent Acquisition Team has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Contract Recruiter. This project will work onsite in Miami, Florida. Only South Florida candidates will be considered. Position Summary : In this project, you would be an individual contributor responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and selection of highly specialized positions within the Newbuild Team. The Newbuild Team is responsible for the design and construction of all Royal Caribbean Group's new ships. You will need to establish and develop a strong network of candidates to efficiently recruit management and professional level candidates. Many positions on the Newbuild Team are technical and specific to the marine industry and naval design and architecture. You will need to develop strategic sourcing plans, execute overall sourcing strategies and provide consultation to Newbuild's hiring managers. This role will drive the recruiting process for all level roles, including leadership level roles, uncovering great talent, delivering a superb candidate experience and ultimately closing the right candidates.

Knowledge of accepted human resource practices and all applicable laws governing employment and fair treatment of employees
Proven ability to conduct competency-based interviewing. Strong interviewing skills; ability to understand and further the organizations business objectives and employee performance objectives.
Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with candidates within established guidelines.
Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing, to gather and relay information in a multinational environment consisting of department heads, managers, coworkers and peers.
Ability to productively work under tight time constraints and stressful situations.
Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and co-workers.
5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in a global, matrixed environment. Corporate recruiting experience preferred.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Experience in different sourcing channels specially finding niche talents.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $34.62 / hr.
