Role Summary :

You will be directly engaging with clients to inform and process their annual renewals, managing communications, payments, and customer service with diligence and warmth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle high volume of calls and email inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and maintain communication records.
  • Document processing and customer account management.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go above and beyond to engage with customers.

    • We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : Background in customer support or sales.
  • Skills : Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Qualifications : High school diploma required; further education is advantageous.
  • Personality : A customer-first attitude with the adaptability to interact with various individuals.
  • Abilities : Strong communication, presentation, multitasking, and time management skills.
