This role gives you the opportunity to be a foundational member of a growing finance team, working closely with leadership to drive meaningful impact across one of our flagship businesses. The Financial Analyst serves as the primary finance partner for Technology within the Shared Services organization, focusing on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of technology spend. This role supports enterprise visibility into IT operating costs, capital projects, and software investmentsproviding consistent, data-driven reporting through NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) tools. Working cross-functionally with Technology, Accounting, and FP&A, this analyst ensures accurate reporting, supports governance around technology investments, and drives improvements in reporting processes and data integrity.

Technology Spend Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports covering IT operating expenses, capitalized software projects, and system-related costs
• Partner with Technology leaders to monitor project-level and vendor spend, providing insights into key cost drivers and variance explanations
• Identify trends and anomalies in technology spend and assist in recommending corrective actions or efficiency opportunities
