What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies via variable sales channels.Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners through structured alliance agreements.Set and monitor annual sales targets and quarterly quotas.Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners.Analyze sales trends, market share evolution, and competitive activity.What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor’s degree in science or a related technical discipline.5-7 years of progressive sales and channel leadership experience in the electronic test and measurement manufacturing sector.Demonstrated success in managing distributors, resellers, and agents within Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Industrial markets.Strong analytical and financial acumen in channel ROI and sales performance.Proficiency in sales forecasting, funnel conversion metrics, and CRM utilization (Salesforce).How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
