Job Description
The Director of Channel Sales will lead and grow Loop’s indirect sales channel, building relationships with strategic partners and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s overall channel sales strategy and objectives to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic channel partners such as resellers, system integrators, and distributors.
- Lead a team, set performance goals, and enhance partner performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, including co‑marketing business plans and short‑ and long‑term sales objectives.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners.
- Drive revenue through channel partners, set sales targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of partner programs and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Implement and streamline CRM processes and sales automation platforms for channel sales.
- Conduct post‑program ROI analysis to gauge effectiveness and provide input into budget decisions.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Experience building reseller, referral, and partner relationships from the ground up.Experience selling technology to multiple stakeholders across varying departmental functions.Who you are
