Overview

Sales Manager in Training, Bilingual-Spanish role at Champion Home Builders, Inc. in the Victoria, TX area. This is a Manager in Training program that leads and directs sales and marketing strategies for the site location, with a focus on growing revenue and market share while developing a high-energy selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the sales and marketing strategies for the site location.
• Create and maintain a highly energized selling culture and partner with Titan leaders to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Direct the team to align efforts with Titan's company goals and initiatives.
• Understand and direct a team's efforts to improve revenue performance and market share against defined competitors.
• Recruit and set interviews weekly for the store's overall success.
• Follow up with all customers who are eligible to purchase or have purchased within 24 hours of initial contact to ensure excellent customer service (daily).
• Develop and plan sales and marketing strategies at an executive level to produce maximum results.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team that works positively together.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation / closing skills.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills and leverage marketing skills including social media and other platforms.
• Be a fast-paced, independent, and motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed.
• Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
