Compensation : $25,000 - $31,000 yearly + health insurance stipend + retirement benefits

Responsibilities :

• Perform administrative tasks to assist with coordinating closings on the sale of real estate.
• Be the first point of contact in handling incoming contracts for closing.
• Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
• Monitor scheduled closing dates and work with the team to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Follow up with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys, and other third parties to ensure any required information and documentation needed to close the transaction is obtained.

Qualifications :

• Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus.
• Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format.
• Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred.
• Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience.
