Regional Sales Manager

Looking for a driven, experienced sales leader to step into a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role overseeing 8–10 high-performing reps across a 5–6 state region. If you have deep experience in ophthalmology or optometry clinic sales and you're ready to lead from the front—this is your opportunity.

• ?? What You’ll Do :
• Lead and mentor 8–10 reps across your region
• Manage your own book of ~75 key clinic accounts
• Drive growth through new product launches + team leadership
• ?? Comp + Perks :
• Base Salary : $120K–$150K
• Quarterly Bonuses : $4K–$5K (uncapped)
• Car Allowance : $950 / mo + gas + corporate card
