We are seeking candidates for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. We have a Human Resources Intern opportunity at our headquarters office in West Des Moines, IA. Join us for our 11-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while you explore your own talents and interests.

No need to worry if you're unsure about insurance, our program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that will allow you to explore the ever-changing industry.

You will :

• Provide general support to Human Resources team.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition initiatives, including summer intern program.
• Assist with team projects, and learn about various functions of HR including, but not limited to :
• System Reporting
• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Employee Engagement
• New Employee Onboarding
• Peer Recognition Program
• Compensation & Benefits
• Take on any additional duties as assigned.
