Responsibilities:
Companionship to seniors engaging in activities and games
Personal Care Assistance with daily activities such as: medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout your scheduled time with them
Encouraging light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving
Tidying up the house and keeping the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client
Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements, assisting with running errands, taking your client to social activities, doctor's appointments, or events with their family and friends
Establishing a solid line of communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and SYNERGY office staff
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:
1+ years of prior caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
Reliable transportation
Pass a background check
Must have or be willing to acquire the following:
- CPR Certification
- A Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- CNA License OR pass a PCA Test (provided on site)
- A valid driver’s license or ID
