Responsibilities

Customer Interaction : Engage proactively with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Policy Management : Ensure accurate processing and servicing of client policies, maintaining ongoing communication and support.

Lead Generation : Identify and develop potential clients through various channels and referral programs.

Relationship Building : Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and support.

Recruitment Support : Assist in recruiting initiatives by identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, and organizing interviews.

Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our products and industry trends to best serve client needs and enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

Licensing : Active and valid sales producer or insurance license is required.

Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly advantageous.
