Job Summary

As the Product Manager for AI Products / Projects, you play a pivotal role in steering the success of our AI-driven product offerings.

Leveraging your strategic mindset, market understanding, and leadership skills, you will guide the product team in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that leverage artificial intelligence.

You will be responsible for defining the product vision, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring that our AI products align with both market trends and ethical AI practices.

Primary Job Responsibilities

AI Product Vision :

  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision for our AI products that aligns with business goals, market trends, and ethical standards. Ensure the integration of AI capabilities enhances the overall user experience.

Roadmap Planning :

  • Create and manage the product roadmap with a focus on AI initiatives, outlining key milestones and strategic objectives to deliver cutting-edge, data-driven solutions.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with AI / ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX / UI designers, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless integration and successful product delivery.

    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis :

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the AI landscape. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and competitive offerings to guide product strategy.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, including AI research labs and technology vendors, to incorporate diverse insights into the product development process.

    • Team Leadership :

  • Provide effective leadership to your product team by fostering a collaborative, innovative, and user-centric culture. Mentor team members and facilitate cross-disciplinary knowledge sharing.

    • User-Centric Design & Ethical AI :

  • Advocate for a user-centric approach in AI product development, ensuring solutions not only meet customer needs but also adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.

    • Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy :

  • Oversee successful product launches by coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams. Develop go-to-market strategies that highlight the unique benefits and capabilities of our AI products.

    • Performance Analysis & Iteration :

  • Monitor product performance through data analytics, user feedback, and key performance metrics (KPIs). Use insights to iterate on the product and drive continuous improvements.

    • Budget & Resource Management :

  • Effectively manage budgets and resources, balancing innovation with practicality to optimize AI product development and delivery.

    • Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required - an advanced degree or certifications in AI / ML or Data Science is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • Experience managing AI products or projects, including familiarity with AI / ML concepts, data analytics, and ethical considerations in AI.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, and machine learning principles.
  • Experience with UX design, user research, and testing.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI / Data Studio, GA, or Amplitude is beneficial.
