We are seeking a person to help us cultivate a relationship with our clients, our team and the environments we manage.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with a portfolio of clients.
  • Be prime on communication and vision for residential landscapes.
  • Foster lasting relationships with our clients and properties.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance your portfolio.
  • Understand and facilitate execution of your ideas in the field.
  • Work with a team of experts in the office and in the field.
  • Contribute to the team to improve process, product and results.
  • Use and master industry software.

Requirements :

  • A passion for and knowledge of horticulture, design and landscape management.
  • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, and articulate their value to your clients.
  • Acumen for taking an idea from concept to execution.
  • 4+ years field experience working with customers in a landscape construction or garden design capacity.
  • A degree in a related field preferred, MCLP and MCH certifications are a plus.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
