Northpoint is looking for someone in our call center to be a Lead Generation Specialist, to support our sales team and help drive revenue through phone-based outreach. What You'll Be Doing :

• Connecting with Prospects : You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, moving leads through the sales pipeline, and converting inquiries into solid opportunities for our sales team.
• Generating Leads : Conduct strategic outreach and research to find new leads, and work your magic to qualify them for the next steps.
• Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Teams : Support the sales and digital marketing teams in setting appointments, providing quotes, and managing communication across multiple platforms like social media, email campaigns, and more!
• Providing Exceptional Service : Be a customer service champion! Help customers by answering questions, providing product information, and qualifying them for follow-up sales appointments.
• Building Relationships : Develop rapport with potential clients over the phone and email, overcoming objections and helping them see how Northpoint can meet their needs.
• Reporting and CRM Management : Keep detailed notes on interactions and track all activities in our CRM to ensure the sales team has everything they need to close deals.
