Location : Onsite Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely resolution of payment issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in collections. Responsibilities Investigate payment delays and discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams on credit reviews and adjustments Prepare and maintain accurate account statements Manage a portfolio of accounts and resolve issues promptly Prioritize and address billing queries and disputes Coordinate payment arrangements with customers Support billing team with corrections and adjustments Upload documentation to billing systems or portals Research and reconcile discrepancies across invoices and supporting documents Requirements Degree not required 2-3 years of accounts receivable and collections experience Familiarity with financial or transportation management systems preferred Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Search managed by : Elisia Bybee Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
