Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Smyrna, GA. This role starts as a part-time position (30 hours / week) with a flexible schedule and strong potential to transition into full-time within 69 months.
Key Details :
- Pay Rate : $22$24 / hour
- Schedule : Flexible typically MonThurs (78 hrs / day) or MonFri (6 hrs / day)
- Location : On-site in Smyrna, GA (Business Casual)
- Type : Temp-to-Direct hire
- Hours : 30 hours / week, no overtime, no travel
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and assist with company events and meetingsGreet visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk operationsBook travel and accommodations for guestsMaintain office supply inventory and vending machine stockingAssist with SOP preparation, newsletters, and internal communicationsSupport facility maintenance and administrative processesRequirements :
Minimum 2 years' administrative experience in office or manufacturing environmentProficiency in MS Office or Google WorkspaceExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsProfessional appearance and strong business etiquette
