Role Description

The SVP - Sales, Marketing, and Distribution is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. The role involves leading and developing the sales strategy, managing and growing relationships with key accounts, and driving business development initiatives to expand market presence. The selected candidate will oversee sales operations, sales team management, marketing initiatives, and distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue growth objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deployment of marketing and advertising efforts is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Proven track record in Account Management and Business Development
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the advertising and digital marketing landscape, including familiarity with DOOH (Digital Out-Of-Home) advertising
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and tech-focused environment is preferred
